Arreola Lawn Maintenance started the way most good lawn companies start — one mower, one trailer, and a handful of neighbors on the east side of Independence who needed their grass cut on time. Word moved down the block, then to the next block, and the route grew from there.
Today we run crews out of our shop at 1028 E 23rd St S, covering Independence, Blue Springs, Sugar Creek, Grain Valley, Raytown and the east side of Kansas City. We've stayed deliberately local: tight routes mean we arrive on schedule, we're never more than twenty minutes from a customer, and the same crew sees the same properties week after week.
The business is still family-run. When you call (816) 935-5008 you reach someone who has actually been on your lawn, and if something isn't right, we come back and fix it. That has been the whole policy since day one.

The people and the gear.
Every route is run by a 2–3 person crew who knows the properties on it, week after week — not a rotating cast of subcontractors. That consistency is what lets us move fast without cutting corners.
We run commercial zero-turn mowers for a clean, even cut, with dedicated trimming and blower gear carried on every trailer so edging and clean-up never get skipped to save time. Trailers are stocked for both routine maintenance and full install work, so a crew showing up for a mow can also handle a mulch top-off or a quick trim without a second trip.
